OVERVIEW

My Role

As a UX Designer on the Originations team, I worked on projects related to the loan application platform.

 

Key tasks:

  • Focus on functional and emotional needs of customers to create an enjoyable experience

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to balance the business goals and user satisfaction

  • Create user flow diagrams and wireframes to conceptualize designs

  • Build high fidelity prototypes to conduct usability testing

  • Begin working in ideation phase with the business and later iterate with marketing & legal

  • Work cohesively in a cross-functional Agile team of nine
